Hi, I'm Jackie! I've been told I'm one of the smallest birds at the Refuge, but I'm full of personality!
I make myself heard and I'm an amzing flier. I love hanging out on your shoulder and will step up easily for you.
I've been told I'm a special needs bird because of a dislocated fracture in one of my knees. I'll be on pain medication for the rest of my life, but I barely even notice. I'm far too busy having fun.
