Hi! I'm Teddy, a Goffin's cockatoo. I'm a wild-caught cockatoo which means I'm at least 30 years old. I just arrived at the Refuge on February 13, 2011, so I'm still a bit nervous. Right now I'm just getting used to the sights and sounds around me and am taking everything in.

I'll tell you more about myself once I'm better settled in my new home.

Our Mission is Simple

To work in joint cooperation with all avian rescue groups to try and eliminate the need for rescue groups by educating the public about aviculture issues.  Until that is accomplished, we will provide a sanctuary for those unfortunate parrots that are in need of a home.
